Holiday Party Sweets Table

Sometimes we want to enjoy the holidays instead of being stuck in the kitchen.  We created these handmade treats for a family's Holiday gathering, so the host could enjoy the party.  The cake and cookies were the centerpiece and tags were created to tie the other sweets together.  We used aqua and white for the main color combination and pulled in the red from the hand-dipped peppermint sticks.

Jack O' Lantern Birthday Cake

This cake's face was designed by the 8-year old it was made for.  She shares a birthday with Halloween and requested a Jack O' Lantern cake.  We thought it would be fun to let her design the face of the Jack O' Lantern.

Harry Potter's Monster Book of Monsters

The Monster Book of Monsters cake was requested for a Harry Potter themed birthday party.  This cake was covered by fondant with hand painted details and a touch of icing for the text.

Black & Hot Pink Party

We created a birthday dessert table and backdrop.  The centerpiece was a pink and black hat box cake with damask detail and bow surrounded by coordinating cupcakes.  The decor was a back drop made of streamers and balloons with ribbons and photos of the birthday girl hanging from the chandelier.

Ladybug Cake

This ladybug cake was created for a first birthday party, by covering with fondant, fondant details, and a small amount of hand painted detail.
